RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
All in stock items can be returned within 15 Days of delivery if unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. After 15 days we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
**Special Order items are not eligible to return or refunds. Please contact customer support with any product issues.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours.
Returns should be sent to 5981 Malburg Way, Vernon, CA United States 90058. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund for all returns. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return items must be received to process any return or exchange.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival we will exchange it for the same item within 15 days of delivery. Please email Customer Service at email@example.com to initiate the exchange process. All exchanges should be returned to: 5981 Malburg Way, Vernon, CA United States 90058.
In stock orders are shipped within 2-3 Days via USPS and FedEx. Made to order items are shipped within 5-7 Days via USPS or DHL.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
